L’appel des embruns…en eau calme
Rien de révolutionnaire mais eau de toilette agréable et aux notes marines. Un peu trop volatile sur ma peau à mon goût également. Flacon au design réussi.

The marine note is created either with the synthetic molecule calone but can also be obtained by using natural plants such as blue cypress, lotus and marine christ. These aquatic notes go wonderfully well with notes of citrus fruits or flowers which give an even more marked freshness and "sparkle".
Patchouli is a kind of large shrub whose broad leaves are carried by a long hairy stem, which is adorned with purplish white flowers. A tropical plant par excellence, it is cultivated in particular in Indonesia, China and the Philippines. It is the drying of its leaves that will create its fragrance. The essence of patchouli releases an earthy and humid scent but also a fresh one. Its characteristic smell can recall musty notes reminiscent of a slightly overripe apple or a wine cork.
